  • Bus Schedule - May 5, 2026

    The All Day bus is operating hourly, leaving from the downtown transfer station at 15 minutes past the hour. 

    The East Hill bus is operating hourly, leaving from the downtown transfer station at 45 minutes past the hour. 

    The Core Express is not in operation. 

    All other routes are operating as scheduled.

  • “You‑th Speak Up” Community Event

    The City of Prince Albert, in partnership with The Students’ Commission, is inviting local youth to share their voices at You‑th Speak Up, a youth-focused engagement event taking place on Wednesday, May 7, from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Gateway Mall (across from Claire’s).

  • Yard Waste Resumes

    The City of Prince Albert wants to remind residents that Yard Waste Collection will resume on May 13, 2026. Yard waste can also be dropped off free of charge at the landfill Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 6:15 pm.

  • Notice of Mailing of Assessment Notices

    Pursuant to The City's Public Notice Bylaw No. 24 of 2015, the Council of The City of Prince Albert intends to consider Bylaw No. 16 of 2026, which will allow for dust suppression of the following streets with sufficient coats of suppressant to mitigate dust on traveling surfaces throughout the summer, and to charge abutting property owners

  • Street Sweeping to start May 4, 2026

    City crews will begin full street sweeping operations during the week of May 4, 2026, starting with high-traffic arterial roads.

  • Police Special Tax Allocation

    The City of Prince Albert hereby gives notice, pursuant to Section 102 of The Cities Act and the City’s Public Notice Bylaw No. 24 of 2015, of its intention to allocate the revenue generated from the Police Special Tax in 2025.

    The City of Prince Albert hereby gives notice, pursuant to Section 102 of The Cities Act and the City’s Public Notice Bylaw No. 24 of 2015, of its intention to allocate the surplus revenue generated from the 2025 Roadways Special Tax.

  • Snow Management Special Tax Surplus

    The City of Prince Albert hereby gives notice, pursuant to Section 102 of The Cities Act and the City’s Public Notice Bylaw No. 24 of 2015, of its intention to allocate the surplus revenue generated from the Snow Management Special Tax in 2025.

  • Anti-Graffiti Program Returns on May 4, 2026

    The City of Prince Albert will be offering the “New and Improved” Anti-Graffiti Program once again this year, which provides property owners with options that better suit their removal needs while also improving the City’s ability to accurately track graffiti occurrences within our community.

  • Weekly Garbage Pick-Up Resumes in May

    The Public Works Department would like to remind residents that weekly garbage collection begins Monday, May 4th, 2026. The blue recycle bins will continue to be picked up bi-weekly.
