Provide the location of the issue (address, intersection, landmark, or park). Accurate location information helps staff investigate, assign, and resolve concerns more quickly.
- Include photos if available.

Keep your Service Request (SR) number. You'll receive an SR number when your concern is submitted. Use it when following up with the Solutions Hub.

Use Keywords like:
Arenas: For ice times, box office enquiries
Parking: Parking or impound inquiries
Parks: Garbage, trails, lights, grass cutting, etc.
Pool: Lessons and rentals
