Public Auction Of Land - Tax Enforcement Act

In accordance with The Tax Enforcement Act, the City of Prince Albert has retained ownership of the following properties:

• 1541 14th Street West, legally described as Lot 11, Parcel 5, Plan P3883, Ext. 0, and Lots 29–30, Parcel 5, Plan 101419253, Exts. 38–39; and
• 1015 17th Street West, legally described as Parcel 28, Plan C294, Ext. 15.

At its meeting held on August 24, 2026, City Council approved the disposal of the properties through public auction in accordance with The Tax Enforcement Act. Both subject properties are vacant.

Public Notice is hereby given that the City of Prince Albert will offer the properties for sale by public auction through McDougall Auctioneers Ltd., with bidding scheduled to close on October 30, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
