Program offerings include daily adult drop-in fitness classes, adult registered fitness sessions, sports leagues and registered programming, as well as other drop-in opportunities in the gymnasium, indoor turf and track.

The June Drop-In Fitness Schedule is now available. Whether you're looking to get in a high-energy workout over the noon hour, or a low-impact workout in the morning to help with health maintenance, we have the class for your needs.
For this month, there will be a reduced schedule heading into the summer months, with classes being on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays, and still plenty of options for anyone and everyone!
