Sale Of A Nordale Lane For Below Market Value

Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Prince Albert intends to consider the sale of St/L 14-Plan O3872 Ext 0 for below market value to an abutting property owner. The subject lane is identified within the dashed line below, and the land to be sold is denoted by the shaded area.

At its meeting to be held on September 14th, 2026, City Council will consider the closure and sale of a portion of a lane in the Nordale area located in the undeveloped area south of 9th Street Northwest. The purchaser intends to consolidate the subject parcel with the adjacent property to the North to facilitate future development on the combined parcels.

Therefore, City Council, at its meeting to be held on Monday, September 14th, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., will consider all written submissions. If you would like your written submission reviewed by City Council PRIOR to the meeting, it would be preferable if it were provided by 4:45 p.m. on Monday, September 7th, 2026. In accordance with City Council’s Procedure Bylaw No. 23 of 2021, any written submissions must be provided to the City Clerk. Verbal submissions shall be heard during the Public Hearing portion of the meeting.
