Highway 3 Closed South of Prince Albert Due to Fire and Heavy Smoke

Highway 3 just south of Prince Albert is currently closed due to a large grass/brush fire on Elevator Road, between Hwy 2 and 3.
Thick smoke has reduced visibility, creating hazardous conditions for motorists.

The closure is in place for public safety, and drivers are asked to avoid the area and seek alternate routes until further notice.

Emergency crews are on scene.
