City of Prince Albert Launches New Summer Programs Webpage
The City of Prince Albert is excited to launch its new Summer Programs webpage, a one-stop online resource that brings together camps, activities, and programs offered by local organizations throughout June, July, and August. The webpage is designed to help families discover the wide variety of opportunities available for children, youth, and families across the community.
The webpage features programs from organizations including the Margo Fournier Arts Centre, Prince Albert Historical Society, Prince Albert Multicultural Council, Saskatchewan Science Centre, local sports organizations, dance studios, art studios, and many more, making it easier than ever to plan an active and memorable summer.
"Our community offers an incredible variety of experiences for all ages, children and youth throughout the summer months," said Tia Holash, Arts & Culture Coordinator for the City of Prince Albert. "Whether you or your child wants to paint, perform, explore local history, try a new sport, or discover science through hands-on experiments, there are so many opportunities to learn, create, and connect. We hope this resource helps families make the most of our beautiful Saskatchewan summer."
In addition to the new Summer Programs Directory, residents can also explore the City's PA Events Calendar, where many local organizations post their upcoming camps, workshops, and family activities. By selecting the "Summer Programs" category filter, users can quickly browse seasonal opportunities happening throughout the community. While the PA Events Calendar is another great resource for discovering activities, not every summer camp or program is listed there, making the new Summer Programs webpage a valuable companion for families looking to make the most of the season.
The Summer Programs Webpage can be viewed online at:
The City also welcomes submissions from local organizations offering summer programming. If your organization is hosting a camp or activity that is not currently listed, please contact Tia Holash (Arts & Culture Coordinator) to have it added to the webpage and help spread the word to Prince Albert families.
