Community Grant Program
Funded by Saskatchewan Lotteries, the Community Grant program assists in the development of sport, culture and recreation programs by providing funds to non-profit volunteer-led community organizations.
The goal of the program is to get people involved in sports, culture and recreation activities by enabling communities to address the needs of local residents.
2026 Community Grant Accessible Swim Program
The Community Grant Accessible Swim Program is back for the 2026 season at Kinsmen Water Park. With this program, organizations that support families and individuals in Prince Albert are eligible to apply for funding assistance on their behalf to receive passes to the Kinsmen Water Park.
By having the Organizations apply, the Program will remain aligned with the Community Grant Program Guidelines, which is to assist in the development of sports, culture and recreation programs by providing funds to non-profit community organizations.
To apply, please complete the application form, and required attachments as seen in the form.
The deadline for application submissions is April 15th, 2026
Guidelines
The Saskatchewan Lotteries Community Grant Program is guided by the following:
- To provide access to sport, culture, and recreation activities for all Saskatchewan people regardless of age, sex, ethnicity, economic status, physical or mental ability.
- To provide funds to community, non-profit volunteer organizations in support of sport, culture and recreation programs.
- Local community projects are given priority.
- All participating groups are responsible for ensuring complete and accurate accounting.
