Sign Up for Water E-Billing

Starting June 2026, paper copies of water bills will cost $2 per bill. To avoid the fee, sign up for email billing and get your utility bill delivered straight to your inbox at no cost. Simply use the online form to register—this helps us securely capture your email and ensures your bill reaches you without issues. To avoid the $2 charge, sign up by 31 May, 2026.

SaskTel Emails

If you’re a SaskTel email user, be sure to add citypa.com to your trusted sender list so your bill doesn’t end up in your spam folder.

Please follow these easy steps to ensure that your e-bills get to the correct inbox.

To set your spam filter preferences in sasktel.net:

  1. Log in to your account in www.sasktel.net Webmail (opens in a new tab).
  2. Click the Preferences icon on the left side - Gear Icon
  3. Click Spam under Mail.
  4. Under Trusted Senders, type in: citypa.com
  5. Click the + sign.
  6. Remember to click Save in the top right corner of the window.

Paperless e-billing occurs when you receive an emailed version of your bill instead of a paper bill. It contains the same information as your paper bill and can be viewed, downloaded and saved in a PDF format.

1. Open your SaskTel email preferences, click on the gear icon.

2. Click on SPAM.

3. Under Trusted Senders, type in: citypa.com

4. Click the + sign.

5. Click save.
