February is a month to celebrate the winter season! The Prince Albert Winter Festival is the second oldest winter festival in Canada, eclipsed in longevity by only the world-famous Quebec City Winter Carnival. Of course this year the PAWF will look different with many events virtual due to gathering restrictions. Make sure you take in some of the Festival, a feature of winter in PA.
