Welcome to the City of Prince Albert's New Report-A-Concern Portal.
The City of Prince Albert uses Cityworks, a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), to efficiently track all concerns. This system streamlines communication and operations, ensuring prompt action, accurate tracking, and detailed reporting. Cityworks also helps organizations manage infrastructure and capital assets effectively.
Please submit the concerns listed below as a Service Request (SR) directly in Cityworks. The request will appear on the Supervisor’s dashboard, allowing prompt action, tracking, and reporting.
Use Keywords like:
Arenas: For ice times, box office enquiries
Parking: Parking or impound inquiries
Parks: Garbage, trails, lights, grass cutting, etc.
Pool: Lessons and rentals
Roads: Potholes, sidewalk and street sweeping
SAN (Sanitation): garbage and recycling related
Transportation: Bus related inquiries, ex. bus passes
Trees: Tree-related inquiries -city-owned trees ONLY
Water: Sewer or water mains, water accounts
