Back to SearchThe City of Prince Albert would like to remind residents that they can sign up for the Tax Installment Payment Plan (T.I.P.P.S) - a monthly tax payment option that spreads out your property taxes over 12 equalized payments instead of paying in one lump sum.
The T.I.P.P.S program is:
- Convenient - payments are withdrawn automatically from your account.
- Available to anyone with a tax account that is not in arrears.
- Automatically renewed each year - no need to reapply annually.
- Free to sign up.
Residents interested in signing up for this convenient and easy to use program can fill out an application form (available at www.citypa.ca/TIPPS/ or at City Hall) and submit the form and a VOID cheque, either by fax, mail, email, or in person to:

Have your forms submitted by December 10, 2021. The best time to sign up for TIPPS for 2022 is before December 10, 2021. If this deadline is missed, please contact Taxation at the number listed above before submitting your application. If your application is received after this date, your account balance must be brought up to date at the time of application.
