Pursuant to Section 31.3 (a) of The Tax Enforcement Act, the City of Prince Albert is hereby giving Public Notice that the tax title property located at 163 29^th Street East, legally described as Lot 16 and 17, Block 12, Plan N3447 Ext. 0, is to be offered for public tender.

The City of Prince Albert will be releasing the Tender at 2:00PM, Saskatchewan time, on Tuesday September 26^th, 2023 and will be closing the Tender at 2:00PM, Saskatchewan time, on Thursday November 2^nd, 2023. Bid offers received after this time will not be considered. The City of Prince Albert publishes Tender opportunities on Sasktenders, so please check there for more information once the Tender has been released.
