Public Tender of 1610 15th Street West

Pursuant to Section 31.3 (a) of The Tax Enforcement Act, the City of Prince Albert is hereby giving public notice that the tax title property located at 1610 15^th Street West, legally described as Lot 46, Block J, Plan F Ext. 0, is to be offered for public tender.

The City of Prince Albert will be releasing the Tender at 2:00PM, Saskatchewan time, on Tuesday September 26^th, 2023 and will be closing the Tender at 2:00PM, Saskatchewan time, on Thursday November 2^nd, 2023. Bid offers received after this time will not be considered. The City of Prince Albert publishes Tender opportunities on Sasktenders, so please check there for more information once the Tender has been released.
