The City would like to provide the following updates to property owners:
- Tax notices were delivered last week with amounts owing for 2020
- The property tax deadline has been extended to July 6, 2020.
- Property owners that have experienced serious financial hardship due to COVID-19 as a result of employment income interruption or business impact will be able to submit for a property tax deferral to September 30, 2020. The deadline to submit has been extended to June 22, 2020. Submission forms are available at: https://www.citypa.ca/en/living-in-our-community/taxes-and-assessment.aspx
- City Hall remains closed. For those that would like to make payment arrangements, the following options are available:
- Pay online through your financial institution
- Use the secure drop box located at the West entrance of City Hall (no cash)
- Mail your bill including cheque or money order to City Hall (1084 Central Avenue, S6V 7P3)
