Prince Albert, SK – Following protocols from the Re-Open Saskatchewan Plan and working with user groups, the City of Prince Albert continues to re-open recreational facilities.
Art Hauser Centre Ice to be installed later this month
The ice plant at the Art Hauser Centre is scheduled to start up the week of July 27th in preparation for the coming season. Hockey Camps scheduled at the AHC will begin August 10th.
There will be ice available to rent after August 10th. Call 306-953-4848 for information.
The City continues to monitor the Provincial Re-Open plan, and work with user groups to develop schedules when applicable.
Ice will be installed at the Kinsmen and Steuart Arenas at a later date.
Public Swimming Registration at the Kinsmen Water Park
Besides the availability to rent the Kinsmen Water Park for bookings this summer, public swimming is available from 12:30 – 2:00 p.m. daily with a maximum limit of 45 swimmers, following regulations set out by the province. People must pre-register for these times.
In addition to being able to pre-register on-line at www.citypa.ca, you can make an appointment to pre-pay for public swimming by calling 306-953-4835. Appointments will be made after you call to attend the Water Park between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. the day you want to register for.
Frank J. Dunn Pool
The City continues to work with the Sask Rivers Public School Division, who own and operate the Frank J. Dunn Pool about re-opening this fall. More information will be available soon.
