Weekly Garbage Collection Ends

Residents are advised that weekly garbage collection will be discontinued starting in October, and garbage collection will return to the bi-weekly schedule. 

Please check your garbage collection calendar for pick-up dates in your area. If you require a calendar, please check the City of Prince Albert website on the Waste Collection Calendar page or contact the Public Works Department, 3rd Floor, City Hall, at 953-4900 for further information.

Weather permitting, yard waste will continue to be collected until the end of October. Yard waste should be placed on the same day as the blue recycle bin collection.

The bi-weekly pick up will start on:

• Area 1 – Oct 14, 2025
• Area 2 – Oct 7, 2025
• Area 3 – Oct 8, 2025
• Area 4 – Oct 3, 2025
