Tax Enforcement Act – Public Auction of Land

In accordance with The Tax Enforcement Act, The City of Prince Albert has retained ownership of the property located at 3030 Sherman Drive, Prince Albert, SK, legally described as Lot 6, Blk/Par 146, Plan 76PA05020, Extension 14.
 
At its meeting held on September 15, 2025, City Council approved the disposal of this property through a public auction under the Act. Public Notice is hereby given that the City of Prince Albert will offer this property for public auction on December 4, 2025, through McDougall Auctioneers Ltd., with bidding expected to close at 1:00 PM. 
 
The subject property includes an existing one-unit dwelling with a detached garage and is identified in the bold dashed red line below.
