Sale Of Municipal Lands Zoned As Park

In accordance with Section 102 of The Cities Act and Section 4 of the City’s Public Notice Bylaw, notice is hereby given that the City of Prince Albert intends to sell a portion of Blk/Par K-Plan O3372 Ext 1, municipally owned land currently zoned P – Park.

Pine Grove Correctional Centre has requested to purchase a portion of the subject land to expand its existing parking area in order to meet the requirements of the City’s Zoning Bylaw. The land under consideration is City-owned and zoned P – Park.

Therefore, City Council, at its meeting to be held on Monday, December 15^th, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., will consider all written submissions.  If you would like your written submission reviewed by City Council PRIOR to the meeting, it would be preferable if it were provided by 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday, December 9^th, 2025. In accordance with City Council’s Procedure Bylaw No. 23 of 2021, any written submissions must be provided to the City Clerk.
