Road Closure - Bylaw No. 29 of 2025

Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Prince Albert intends to consider Bylaw No. 29 of 2025 to close a portion of Woodbridge Drive.

Reason for the Amendment:

Bylaw No. 29 of 2025 proposes to close the portion of Woodbridge Drive shown below in red, to allow for its sale and consolidation with the property located to the west, being 800 28th Street West.

Therefore, City Council, at its meeting to be held on December 15th, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., will consider written submissions respecting the above bylaw. If you would like your written submission reviewed by City Council PRIOR to the meeting, it would be preferable if it were provided by 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday, December 9th, 2025. In accordance with City Council’s Procedure Bylaw No. 23 of 2021, any written submissions must be provided to the City Clerk.
