Notice of Mailing of 2025 Assessment Notices

Please note the correction on the closing date.

Pursuant to Section 187 of The Cities Act, notice is hereby given that the assessment notices for the City of Prince Albert for the year 2025 are being mailed on January 27, 2025, by regular mail.

The assessment roll is open to inspection at the office of the Assessor, located at City Hall (1084 Central Avenue) from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the following days:

Monday to Friday, January 27, 2025 to March 28, 2025

Any person who wishes to appeal against their property valuation, classification, tax status, the content of the notice or the preparation of the assessment roll is required to file a notice of appeal with the Board of Revision at the address below by: 

4:30 p.m. on the 28^th day of March, 2025
