Fireworks Celebration Set for August 29
The fireworks display originally planned for National Indigenous Peoples Day on June 21, 2025, was cancelled due to a citywide fire ban. With the fire ban now lifted, the event has been rescheduled.
The fireworks will occur at Prince Albert’s riverbank on Friday, August 29, 2025, at 9:00 p.m. Everyone is invited to come out and enjoy the show.

Fireworks in Prince Albert are governed by Bylaw No. 15 of 2021, The Fire Services Bylaw. High-hazard fireworks displays are subject to permits as stated in the bylaw.
