City Hall Front Counter Closed January 6

The City of Prince Albert would like to inform residents that the Financial Services counter on the main floor in City Hall will be closed all day on Tuesday, January 6th, 2026, for software maintenance.

At this time, no payments can be accepted, but a drop box will be available for cash and cheque payments, which will be processed as soon as software maintenance is complete. Residents may request that a receipt be mailed to them.

The following services will be unavailable during this time:

  • Tax payments 
  • Water and Sewer payments 
  • Parking Ticket payments (Front Counter and Virtual payments)
  • Business Licenses (Front Counter and Virtual payments)
  • Bus passes 
  • Invoice payments 
  • New Water Accounts (Application and hook-ups) 

Impound Lot payments will be available at the financial service counter.
