
In accordance with Section 102 of The Cities Act and Section 4 of the City’s Public Notice Bylaw, notice is hereby given that the City of Prince Albert intends to sell the following municipally-owned lands, each zoned P – Park:

SaskEnergy is in the process of purchasing the land their above-ground utilities are located on, in order to better secure the property. In this case, the land is City owned and zoned P – Park.
Therefore, City Council, at its meeting to be held on Monday, July 21st, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., will consider all written submissions. If you would like your written submission reviewed by City Council PRIOR to the meeting, it would be preferable if it were provided by 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday, July 15th, 2025. In accordance with City Council’s Procedure Bylaw No. 23 of 2021, any written submissions must be provided to the City Clerk.
