Swimming is a relaxing, low-impact form of exercise that won't cause excess strain on joints and can be enjoyed at any age. The Frank J. Dunn Pool offers Aquacize and lane swimming programs.

Active Seniors! Active Communities!
We offer age-friendly activities for adults 50+. There are many senior activities and programs in our community. Some programs may require pre-registration. Read more about how to Register for Seniors programs online and Register below.
Find fitness, fun and friendship with a group of active adults at the Alfred Jenkins Field House. The classes focus on functional exercise to help maintain everyday tasks. There are also other light adult fitness and yoga classes offered.
In addition to Prince Albert Transit there are two special transportation services available:
- Access Transit is available if you have a permanent or temporary disability.
- The Senior's Transportation program is for senior's 60 or older in need of door-to-door service.
The Seniors Transportation program is subsidized by the Province of Saskatchewan, the City of Prince Albert, the Prince Albert Community Service Centre and the Two Miles for Mary Fundraising Campaign presented by Saskatchewan Country CKBI Radio
- Parkland Seniors Club – gets together weekly to play cards, plan events and have fun.
- Kinsmen Community Heritage Seniors Centre – 155-12th Street W - programming and recreational opportunities for people over 60. The coffee is always on as seniors meet to socialize and play cribbage, shuffleboard, bridge as well as take part in recreational programs and special events.
