The City of Prince Albert is committed to providing high-quality services that meet the needs of all residents. To help guide decisions related to City operations, services, and budgeting, we are conducting a Citizen Satisfaction Survey to better understand your experiences, perceptions, and priorities.
Insightrix Research, an independent research company based in Saskatoon has been hired to conduct this survey on behalf of the City.
You may receive a telephone call or text from an Insightrix representative in the coming days inviting you to take part. Texts messages will come from 78789 inviting you to complete the survey.
The survey will take approximately 10 to 12 minutes to complete. Responses are completely confidential and will only be reported in summary form. Participation is voluntary, but feedback is very important and will help shape decisions and priorities for the City in the years to come.
The survey covers key topics including:
- Satisfaction with municipal services
- Community well-being and quality of life
- Perceived value for property taxes
- Communication preferences
- Demographic information to ensure all voices are represented
