Sign Up for Water E-Billing

Paperless e-billing occurs when you receive an emailed version of your bill instead of a paper bill. It contains the same information as your paper bill and can be viewed, downloaded and saved in a PDF format.

You can still pay your bill a number of different ways, as outlined on the Pay Your Water Bill page.

If you are a SaskTel email client, you need to add the citypa.com to your Trusted Sender list to prevent your emails from the City going to your Spam folder.

Please follow these easy steps to ensure that your e-bills get to the correct inbox.

1. Open your SaskTel email preferences, click on the gear icon.

2. Click on SPAM.

3. Under Trusted Senders, type in: citypa.com

4. Click the + sign.

5. Click save.
