How do I use the calculator?

To get your estimated tax levy:

1. Select what kind of property it is from the dropdown menu.
2. Enter the assessment value on the line specified.
3. The fields will fill in automatically to show you the totals.

Do I need to know the assessment of the property?

You will need the assessed value of the property in order for the calculator to work. If you do not know the value, you can look it up on the Assessment Online Tool. If this is for a new construction, use an estimated completed value.

Important information

Keep this information in mind when using the calculator:

• The City of Prince Albert has a minimum tax of $900.00. This means that all properties, no matter their assessed value, will have a minimum General Municipal Levy charge of $900.00.
