The Solutions Hub is the City of Prince Albert’s call centre, created in 2023 to make it simpler for residents to connect with City services by calling one number.
It was developed alongside the launch of Cityworks, a software system that allows service requests to be entered, tracked, and monitored on managers’ dashboards.
This centralized approach helps ensure requests are handled more efficiently and residents receive timely responses.
The Solutions Hub is your first stop for answers, information, and support regarding the City of Prince Albert.
By calling 306-953-4884, residents can:
- Inquire about property tax and utility bill balances
- Make payment arrangements for water shut-off notices
- Report watermain breaks
- Report service issues like fallen trees
- Get answers to garbage and recycling bin pick-up and replacements
- Report messy yards, encampments, and other Bylaw enforcement issues.

Residents can also report any concern online
The City of Prince Albert uses Cityworks, a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), to efficiently track all concerns. This system streamlines communication and operations, ensuring prompt action, accurate tracking, and detailed reporting.
