Property Maintenance Appeal Board
The Property Maintenance Appeal Board hears appeals made by any person unhappy by an order made from a Property Maintenance Inspector or Bylaw Enforcement Manager regarding the following:
- Orders to remedy property nuisances
- Orders to enforce property standards
- Any other orders under Section 328 of The Cities Act, unless another appeal body is prescribed by Bylaw.
The Board is a quasi-judicial board appointed by City Council under the Property Maintenance Appeal Board Bylaw.

Meeting Notices will be posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
Minutes are posted once officially approved at the next Board meeting.
