Municipal Heritage Award

The Municipal Heritage Award recognizes a project or building that provides heritage value to our city.

If you would like to nominate a project or building, you must complete a Municipal Heritage Award application and include all required documents. Nominations must be submitted between August 1st and November 1st of each year.

Your nomination will be reviewed by the Community Development Department to ensure it meets the requirements of the Municipal Heritage Award Policy. If your nomination does, it will be forwarded to Executive Committee and City Council for consideration and approval.
