| Description | 1) To regulate the utilization of Stop and Yield signs in the City; 2) To define the specifications for the installation of Stop and Yield signs; 3) To prevent or minimize collision rates, optimize capacity of intersections, and decide right-of-way by an adequate use of Stop and Yield signs; and, 4) To facilitate and organize traffic flow on streets. |
