The City of Prince Albert hereby gives notice, pursuant to Section 4(c) of The City of Prince Albert Public Notice Bylaw No. 24 of 2015, of its intention to pass two (2) Short-Term Debt Bylaws.
Reason for Notice:
- City Council will consider passing Short-Term Debt Bylaw No. 11 of 2020 to increase an operating line of credit from $12 million to $22 million, to be used to finance the daily cash management activities of the City.
- City Council will consider passing Short-Term Debt Bylaw No. 12 of 2020 to borrow an amount not exceeding $10 million, repayable within 12 months, to be used to finance the daily cash management activities of the City.
Particulars of the bylaw will be considered at the following City Council meeting:
