Last Call to Apply to Work the Upcoming Municipal Election

You can still apply to work the Election but time is running out. The municipal election is coming up on November 9, 2020 and the City is hiring for all positions to work on Election Day.

Positions needing to be filled include Supervisors, Deputy Returning Officers and Poll Clerks. Wages vary from $14-$19 depending on the position.

To apply a person must be at least 18 years of age and be able to attend the paid training.

The City is looking for a variety of ages and experience levels to fill these positions. Basic math and reading skills are required for the positions. Duties would include setting up, opening, working the poll station, closing and final cleaning up of stations on Election Day. Please see the website for further duties of each position.
