Starting Monday, June 22, 2020 the City of Prince Albert will open the front counter on the main floor of City Hall to the public to accommodate bill payments and other regular transactions. The building will be open Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
The City will be following COVID-19 regulations and would like visitors to City Hall to take note of the following:
- Only the west entrance of the building will be open.
- Temperature checks will be conducted for all visitors entering the building. Those with a fever above 38 degrees will not be permitted to enter the building
- If you have cold or flu like symptoms or if have been in close contact with someone with COVID-19 we ask that you reschedule your visit
- There will be a limited number of people permitted in the foyer at a time to ensure space for social distancing
- You will be asked to use hand sanitizer when you enter
All customers will be greeted by a security staff member who will provide assistance and direction. Some may be required to line up outside until they can be safely accommodated.
Wherever possible please continue to use online payment options. Payments for water utility bills and property taxes can be made through most banks. There is also a secure drop box located at the West entrance for those that are able to make payments through cheque or money order.
Bus Passes
With City Hall opening, bus passes will be sold at regular rates. July bus passes will be available for purchase at City Hall or at the following vendor locations through the City.

- Gray Chemists – 681 15th Street W
- Medical Pharmacy – 1335 Central Ave
- PBCN Petro Canada – 3451 2nd Ave W
Please note that discounted bus passes can only be purchased at City Hall.
Other City Hall Business
For those that require it, individuals are asked to contact departments directly to schedule meetings.
Kinsmen Water Park, Spray Parks and Outdoor Fields
The Province of Saskatchewan announced Tuesday that outdoor pools, spray parks and sports fields can open as part of phase 4.1 starting Monday. The City is in the process of assessing feasibility of opening these facilities and will be providing an update in the near future. Please watch for announcements.
Indoor Recreation, Arts and Culture facilities
The City’s indoor facilities are part of Phase 4.2 and no dates have been announced yet.
