The City of Prince Albert is once again seeking feedback from the public on customer service at City Hall. Over the next four weeks, individuals visiting or phoning City Hall will be able to share their experience with the City of Prince Albert through another "We're all Ears" Customer Service Survey.
Due to Covid-19, only online surveys will be available this year.
"As we continue to work toward improved customer service levels at City Hall, we need to check in on occasion to measure how we are doing and if we are living up to expectations," said Ken Leclaire, Director of Corporate Services for the City of Prince Albert. "This feedback helps us to understand what residents are experiencing and where we need to focus our efforts."
The focus of the customer service review is on the visits and phone call experiences with City Hall, but input will be accepted from all residents who provide constructive feedback.
