The City of Prince Albert wants to inform residents and visitors that the daily transit route to Little Red River Park will be discontinued as of August 24, 2024. However, in response to public demand and to continue providing access to the park, a special weekend bus service will be maintained.
Starting August 26, 2024, transit service to Little Red River Park will be available only on Saturdays, with buses operating from 9:45 am to 5:15 pm. This adjusted schedule will allow residents and visitors to enjoy the park’s amenities throughout the day.
Little Red River Park is a cherished destination in Prince Albert, offering a variety of outdoor activities and attractions, including hiking trails, biking trails, The Rotary Adventure Park, picnic areas, and the Knotty Pine Bistro.
The City encourages everyone to take advantage of the Saturday transit service to experience the beauty and advantages of Little Red River Park.
Beginning on August 26, 2024, the East Flat #2 route will resume every 15 minutes from 7 am -10 am and again from 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm.
