The Community Service Center provides barrier-free transportation services to disabled persons within the city limits as well as car service for seniors who have difficulties using other transportation.
Inter-city travel is provided by the Saskatchewan Transportation Company (STC). City transit service can provide connections within a block of the main STC terminal.

- Reduced Bus Passes for Post-Secondary Students
Eligible students are entitled to a 15% reduction to the Adult Bus Pass rate. Visit the Government of Saskatchewan Website for a list of qualifying post-secondary educational institutions
- St. Mary High School - Subsidized Bus Pass Program
This program allows the Catholic School Board to sell monthly student passes for $20.00 to their high school students at St. Mary High School.

- Low-Floor Service
The City of Prince Albert impletemented low-floor bus service on the All Day Express effective May 2010. This service will improve access to public transit service for those individuals with canes, crutches, walkers, young children or burdensome packages. It is also possible for those who use wheelchairs to take advantage of this service. For more information, please see the Low-Floor Bus Ride Guide.
- Bike Racks
Have you ever wanted to ride your bike to work but didn't because of the challenging return ride home up-hill or the changing weather?
With the bike rack on the All Day Express bus, you will be able to bike to work and if you don't have the energy at the end of the day or if the weather is uncooperative, you can hop on the bus and get off at the stop nearest your home. For more information, see the Bike Rack Ride Guide.
- Rider Rules
We ask that all of our riders be considerate when on the transit system so that everyone can enjoy a safe and pleasant ride on the bus. Rider Rules are posted in each bus. Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the bus or, in certain cases, suspension of rider privileges.

National Clean Air Day is celebrated in conjunction with Environment Week and the National Commuter Challenge which promotes the use of alternative forms of transportation including public transit.

Free Bus Pass - Retire Your Ride
The City of Prince Albert has joined the national "Retire Your Ride" program, a vehicle recycling initiative that aims to effectively and efficiently recycle 1995 model year or older vehicles in an environmentally responsible manner.
In an effort to improve air quality and encourage the use of sustainable transportation, the Retire Your Ride program encourages owners of 1995 or older vehicles to consider trading them in for one of several incentive packages to be offered. The City of Prince Albert is participating in the program by offering 12 monthly transit passes (value $630) as an incentive to dispose of your older vehicle.
