The City of Prince Albert Zoning Bylaw contains the minimum required setbacks for buildings in the City. Setbacks are the distances that buildings are to be kept away from property lines. Please note that these setbacks are specific to both the buildings size and type as well as the zone they are in.
The National Building Code may be more restrictive for certain buildings, erquiring a greater setback than indicated in the City of Prince Albert Zoning Bylaw.
