Open a New Account
To set up a new RESIDENTIAL account, either visit the water department on the main floor of City Hall at 1084 Central Avenue or call 953-4340. You will need two pieces of ID with you, one of which is to include a photo.
Renters must apply for a water account in person at City Hall. Two pieces of identification are required (for example, a driver's license and a Saskatchewan health card). Renters are required to pay a $150.00 refundable deposit and a $15.00 non-refundable service fee to open a new account.
Homeowners may make application either in person or over the phone. The cost is a $15.00 non-refundable service fee.
Please note that these fees will again be payable should you move to a new location within PA and require water service in your name.
If you require service for a MULTI-UNIT DWELLING or COMMERCIAL ADDRESS, please call 953-4340.
Close Your Account
Notification (either by phone, email or mail) must be given PRIOR TO the date on which service is to be terminated. (If you notify us after the last day you require coverage, we will be unable to backdate the termination.)
Be sure to provide us with a forwarding address so that we may send your final bill or refund to you.
