The Kinsmen Arena is on the corner of 28th Street East and Central Avenue. This is another artificial ice, participation-type arena that has a spectator capacity of 600 persons. The ice surface is 85' x 190' with a metal halite lighting system. The arena also features a heated concession area, four dressing rooms, an electronic score clock and concrete floor.

The Kinsmen Arena is a participation-type facility for Prince Albert Minor Hockey and Prince Albert Ringette, equipped with a concession and skate-sharpening services.
