Mayor Scarrow makes every effort to attend meetings, to be present at community events, to welcome the public to City Hall and to meet with other government officials.

As you can imagine, schedule conflicts often arise due to the number of invitations the Mayor receives.  When this occurs, Mayor Scarrow tries to participate in as many events as possible, which means that sometimes his place in the program will need to be changed and that he will be unable to stay for an entire event.  The Mayor's Office appreciates the understanding of event organizers who may be asked to make this concession.  When multi-scheduling is not possible, Mayor Scarrow may ask the Deputy or Acting Mayors to represent the City at some functions.
