Times have changed. Years ago, our daily lives required tasks that were hard work, like chopping wood or hauling water. Today, modern techology and conveniences have made our lives much less active. We sit for much of the day driving the car, working at a computer and watching television. Many of us are no longer getting the exercise we need to stay healthy.

The Community Services Department strives to provide opportunities for people to lead a more active lifestyle and engage in community activities. Join the movement to become more active today.

For the fun of it today, for a healthier tomorrow.

Take a look at the E-Program Newsletter which describes the many programs and active living opportunities that are offered by our department.
