Crescent Acres Community Club

Annual Membership Fee: $40.00

Located between St. Francis School and Vickers School, Crescent Acres Community Club offers club members a variety of facilities to meet the recreational needs of the community.

Crescent Acres Community Club (CACC) is a non-profit organization run by volunteers to provide services and facilities to the southeast area of Prince Albert known as "Crescent Acres." Funding for the community club is received through membership sales and City of Prince Albert grants. Our operations including the following:

  • Operation and mainenance of outdoor surface, basketball and tennis courts.
  • Accessibility to City baseball diamonds and soccer pitches.
  • Operation of indoor arena located at 998 Branion Drive (a joint venture with Crescent Heights Community Club).
  • Provision of after-hour booking services for St. Francis School gymnasium. This includes rentals for birthday parties, women's volleyball and other sports and recreation opportunities. During the summer months, City playground leaders operate supervised programs for children.
  • Private security patrols through the CACC area.

The $40.00 annual family membership provides family members with unlimited use of the outdoor and indoor rinks during scheduled times as well as free access to the tennis and basketball courts. A family is allowed one free gym booking for each family member per year.

GymnasiumGymnasium

Crescent Acres Community Club has access to the indoor gymnasium in St. Francis School. The gym features ample bleacher seating, a stage area and full changing facilities. The gym is used in the afternoons in July and August for the City of Prince Albert's Playground Program. To book this facility, please contact Anne at 763-5354.

Outdoor RinkOutdoor Rink

Community club members are welcome to use the outdoor rink, and changing and washroom facilities are available nearby. Non-members can purchase a $20 skate pass. All skaters must sign in. From the first week in December to the first week of March, weather permitting, hours are:

  • Monday to Thursday - 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Fridays - 4:00 pm. to 11:00 p.m.
  • Saturdays - 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and
  • Sundays - 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The phone number for the rink office is 953-4873.

Public skating (no pucks or sticks) is on Sundays 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Teams can rent the ice. For more information, please contact Brent at 981-4343 or Brad at 960-7920.
